For the May breakfast, we heard from a panel of career development professionals, including a career/executive coach and 2 executive recruiters about what employers look for in potential applicants and what makes a candidate “stand out” from their competition as well as a GR professional who developed a successful job campaign. Our panelists shared their ideas and thoughts about how to navigate a successful job search, how you can better prepare yourself, and other successful tips and tactics.  In addition, attendees walked away with additional practical tips and techniques of how to market themselves more effectively.
