Please join your WASRG colleagues at Capitol City Brewing Company’s downtown location (1100 New York Avenue, NW) between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 14 to welcome the new year and prepare for the upcoming legislative season. WASRG Holidays Reception
The WASRG Holidays Reception at the Grand Hyatt was held on Thursday, December 3, 2009 to kick off the Holiday Season and prepare for the upcoming 2010 legislative season. Attendees enjoyed the company of state government affairs peers and discussed the latest state intelligence and what to expect in 2010.
 Texas Representative Tom Craddick spoke at 5:30 p.m. Craddick was the first Republican Speaker of the House in over 130 years, serving from 2003-2009.
In addition attendees had the opportunity to win various prizes at the Holiday Reception from the following drawings:
- Drawing Number 1: Renew your 2010 WASRG Membership before December 3 or at the Holiday Reception and be entered be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card!
